How to use PROMinet
- Install onto your mobile device from Apple App Store (for iPhones and iPads) or Google Play Store (Android phones and tablets)
- Run the app and set an unlockcode and register anonymous details (first time only)
- Run the app daily to record your condition, it’s fine to miss some days.
- Share the graph of your records when you see your doctor or nurse
